Our FAVORITE @thedefineddish OVEN-BAKED GREEK-INSP Our FAVORITE @thedefineddish OVEN-BAKED GREEK-INSPIRED HALIBUT is about to go into the oven. I served ours over risotto with a side of asparagus πŸ”₯

This is an easy one that can be prepped ahead of time and is lower in glutamate if you use the right olives 😘

One of our favorite things to add to our smoothies One of our favorite things to add to our smoothies is 1/4 of a lemon or lime (with the peel). With a little fruit and water, this is an easy way to turn those smoothies into lemon or limeade.

You won't want to use any cream bases (milk or yogurt) in these smoothies 😘

Need veggies you can add to a smoothie without mak Need veggies you can add to a smoothie without making them taste horrible? These veggies can easily be added to smoothies while minimally changing the taste.

***Microgreens contain up to 25xs the nutrients than mature plants!! They are an easy way to pack a smoothie full of extra nutrients without changing the flavor. Look for sunflower, kale, cabbage, or broccoli microgreens over spicy microgreens like radish, mustard, and arugula. The spicy microgreens are often hard to hide in a smoothie.

Sometimes it’s easier to drink your veggies than it is to eat them πŸ˜‰
