While not low-glutamate because of the goat milk cheese, this has been my recent favorite repeat lunch. However, this simple favorite has been introduced previously. It was a favorite treat when we started diet changes years ago but without the cheese.
Ingredients
Avocado (chopped)
Tomato (chopped)
Cucumber (chopped)
Sharp Cheddar (chopped) (optional)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Granules
Basil (chopped) (optional)
Instructions
No oil is necessary. Chop all ingredients and toss to combine.
