Overnight Oats 2 c. GF Organic Oats @onedegreeor Overnight Oats 

2 c. GF Organic Oats @onedegreeorganics is our favorite

2 c. Nondairy Milk @malkorganics and @elmhurst1925 are our favorite 

2 tbsp chia seeds

4 tbsp chopped pecans

4 tbsp raisins 

2-3 tbsp apple butter (this is a critical ingredient 😉)

Stir to combine. Cover and let sit overnight. Serve with or without fresh fruit. This is also great topped with chopped sunflower microgreens 🌱

This @wholesisters Asian Chicken Salad has been a This @wholesisters Asian Chicken Salad has been a repeat favorite of mine for years. While not fully low in glutamate due to the coconut aminos, it is a great way to get a variety of raw veggies in. 

To save time, I use @wholefoods naked rotisserie chicken (the only low glutamate grocery store rotisserie chicken I’ve found) and a package of their organic coleslaw mix (instead of chopping all off the cabbage). 

I promise you’ll love it. Just don’t plan on making out with anyone bc the garlic dressing is strong. 😉
